Program Description

Indemn may send you text messages containing insurance documents you have requested, including but not limited to ID cards, declarations pages, and proof of prior insurance. Messages are sent only when you request document delivery via SMS during a phone call with our customer service team.

Consent

By verbally requesting document delivery via text message during a phone call with our team, you consent to receive SMS messages from Indemn at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. All calls are recorded and consent is logged for compliance purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests. Messages are sent only when you explicitly request a document during a phone call. No recurring or promotional messages will be sent.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
